the limitations is not on Alli Express Alone but the new cbn policy that you can use more than $20/month on a card which is equivalent to 10k or more depends on your bank rate.so if you're are buying larger things >$20 then I suggest you open a dollar Account with your bank for high transaction or if it's on Alli Express after placing the order of the goods you wish to purchase then you can chat the seller to split the payment for you to your choice so you can pay with multiple card and after the payment is completed to the order then the seller can ship your goods easily.
