period pain

Assalamu alaikum my stomach hurts every month sosai painful when I'm on my period please what causes it and any solution to it

I feel your pain my sister🥺💔 period pain is very painful subhanallah💔 kowani month ina cikin fargaba bcox of the pain dat i used to experience💔 period pain comes as a result of contraction and relaxation of the uterus hormonal changes, infection too can cause it Allah ya kara mana lafiya🤲🏼

my dear take analgesics, ibuprofen 400mg daily for 3days. cause it reduces d flow rate in my own case. hot tea also help & some say taking coke as well

don't let ur body get too acquainted with ibuprofen, it's harmful in excess

this is me too o. try limiting sugar intake and oils especially when it's close to your period.
