I believe everyone joining the matchmaking is for him/her to get a partner so why do we have much people without a picture for identification. It shouldn't be a blind matchmaking. my thoughts

I was thinking its a prerequisite for the matchmaking but it's not atleast you should see who your are sending request to. Not after sending later on you will see thats not who you want

I think it's not a matter of consoling people. you should meet with your developer and make some upgrade. it's a matchmaking platform and members must upload their real picture as part of the registration process. I'm a developer myself with PHP and I know it can be done. to correct things, you should suspend all accounts without a pic and they'll need to verify their accounts. after upload, you could redirect them to a page asking them to be patient while they're pic gets verified and they can check back within a few hours, after which you could manually verify.....
