We have made a new update that will prevent a user from sending a new request if there is a pending request that user has not attended to.
It has come to our attention, some users do not respond to requests; they just leave them pending, which we openly discourage. If you are interested in a request Accept it, if you are not Decline it straight away but please don't leave it pending. We believe this new update will effectively minimize that.
