you should go and do vaccine so that you'll be immune from the virus. recently i have gone through the issue of this HBV but alhamdulillah am now Negative. He should eat healthy foods, avoid oil and insha'allah he'll get well.

but I heard that it cannot be cure

first, vaccination is prevention not a cure. please go to a hospital and talk to a doctor. some of these advises might land you in bigger problem. talk to a professional

usually 9/10 people use to clear it, most without even knowing they contact the virus while the virus is in acute stage ( thats not more than 6months from the time of contacting the virus) but when its become chronic(thats more than 6 months) it will be hard for it to go way. it naturally go away by it self as most people wouldn't even know they contacted the virus. all the medications only use to reduce it quantity from the blood but it does not cure it.

the part where i talked about vaccine was for her not for her fiance since she said she is negative so no where did i mentioned it was a cure.
