Headache after sex 2

Hello guys. I realized that if I make love with my wife in the night, I wake up in the morning with headache. If I don't have sex in the night before, I wake up in the morning fresh. Is it normal or what could be the problem and the cure?

Drink some water before going to sleep. Don’t oversleep. Don’t skip breakfast.
