is there cure for hepatitis please? 0

Assalam alaikum. I went to a hospital for a general test and the result came out that i have hepatitis i was shocked how or where because i never feel any of the symptoms which made me went to 3 different hospital to reconfirm but the results is still showing positive and gashi my marriage coming closer. I'm asking if there is permanent cure for hepatitis and it won't be showing if test is conducted please.

It depends on which hepatitis, is it A, B or C?

Hepatitis is generally preventable and treatable, although that depends on the type. Types A and B are preventable with vaccines while type C has no vaccine at the moment. Hepatitis A is mostly mild and resolves on its own. Both hep B and C are treatable. Hepatitis B which is more common than hepatitis C and causes more liver-related injuries. Acute hep B infection can be treated and the condition can resolve and the patient can have negative test within 6 months of treatment. However, if the patient still tests positive after six months, it has become chronic and in some cases doesn't fully resolve. Same applies for hep C. Most people with hepatitis don't even know they have it, even in a country like the US, about 40% of people with hepatitis do not know because there are no noticeable immediate symptoms. Then consider the situation here in Nigeria. Most important thing is for you to go to a hospital as soon as possible and see a doctor who would manage and monitor your progress. Hepatitis is easily transmissible from one person to another through exchange of body fluids. Don't panic, it's not a terrible situation for the most part, just go to a hospital as information on open forums like this may not give you the information and support that you need.

pls don't waste your money on any supplement.. don't go and take something that will harm your liver out of desperation, even before the hepatitis virus does so.. hepatitis C can be cured, while hepatitis B has vaccine and can be prevented but can't be cured..no matter which drug u take, the surface antigen test will always show its there.. u neee to seek a consultant gastro enterologist in a private/FMC or teaching hospital..

I challenge you that it has cure, both A B C, am a witness of that, in this world every disease has a cured and I said in the Quran, and again understand the difference between supplements and curatives medicine, so am talking about curative medicine.

then get someone that is either hepatitis B or C positive.. let him first go to the hospital, let them have his record, then proceed to you for treatment. when you are done treating him, tell him to go back to that initial hospital for re testing
