I want to stop Masturbation 0

I have a confession to make. Please don't judge me for I'm only seeking for advice. I am a lady of 27yrs, but I'm addicted to masturbation. I started since I was in boarding school at 14yrs old. I really don't remember how it started, but if I could turn back the hands of time to reverse it, I would. I used to masturbate every single day, but now, it's just like twice a week. I just want to stop it completely but I don't know how to. I used to have sex before, but Wallahi I have repented Alhamdulillah, I haven't done it in a long while coz wlh Ina tsoron Allah sosai, Amma na kasa daina masturbation. Please I need an advice, and as I said earlier, please don't judge me for I'm only human and I'm not perfect. wannan jarabawan daga Allah ne. Thank you

Allah ya yaye mana abinda yafi karfinmu, amin. Kiyita rokan Allah kina azumi da adduoi sosai sannan duk abinda ke tada miki shaawa ki gugesa ko wayane nema ki ajiyesa a gefe for some time haka. Allah ya yafe mana baki daya, amin 🙏

the Way You Tried Not Decrease from Daily you can Also Stop it. but its Not Going to be Easy you Just Have to Keep Fighting nd Don't Give Up Even If you Comes back to It Repent. nd Get Rid of anything that Triggers your Sexual orgies.Try and Establish the Link with Allah By Praying fasting reading the holly Qur'an...nd If possible Marry pls... may Allah help us All

Wen ever u feel u want to just don't b alone b with someone u respect maybe a sis or parent. You see if u r together wit one of dem u won't have d chance to, wit dat it may reduce slowly nd u won't b interested anymore. And always pray kodah Naphilah 2 raka'ah b4 sleeping

try fasting Mondays and Thursdays it will help Insha ALLAAH and also avoid being alone like being isolated and get married for as soon as u find someone if u are not married! may ALLAAH make it easy for u amen.
